In an earlier blog piece, we explored what Cruz and Trump claim they would do on their first day in office if elected president in 2016. This information was based on a Tea Party Patriots' survey intended to inform potential voters contributing to the organization's endorsement process. Round two of online voting came this week after the second Fox Business News GOP debate, where the pundits proclaimed only four serious candidates were in the running for the Republican nomination: Trump, Cruz, Rubio, and Christie.
The Tea Party Patriots' survey shows a slightly different perspective of the top four: Dr. Ben Carson, Sen. Ted Cruz, Sen. Rand Paul, and Donald Trump.
