Ted Cruz Guilty of Poor Timing

Vice President Joe Biden should be admired for his fatherly dedication. The tragic death of his son, Beau, who recently lost his fight against brain cancer, coupled with the equally devastating loss of his former wife and daughter in a car crash, makes Biden a sympathetic political figure.

Perhaps now is not the time to refer to the vice president in a humorous manner, even though over the years Biden has rightly earned the title of "Crazy Joe" and America's top gaffe master. So when Ted Cruz recently used Biden to lighten the mood at a campaign event, his ribbing was seen as horrifically disrespectful, especially while the vice president is currently mourning the loss of his son.

This clip showing the actual joking and follow up questions by reporters is making the rounds and being used to shame Cruz, not for the content of what he said but for the poor timing of it.



Usually not one to bend to the will of political correctness, for his poor timing of telling Biden jokes, Cruz should have apologized and he did on Facebook and Twitter:

You know there is a problem when a gay liberal guy tells the world that a member of his own party, the Vice President of the United States, is a lecherous gaffemeister.

The retired politico, former Massachusetts Congressman, Barney Frank, didn't mince words or subtlety in describing Joe Biden's penchant for getting 'handsy' with women not his wife and saying some of the darnedest things in public forums.  

Former New York Congressman Barney Frank recently slammed Vice President Joe Biden, saying he “lacks discipline” and criticized him for constantly fondling women.

“Joe is his own worst enemy,” Frank told Larry King on Ora.tv. “He’s a very bright guy, very good values,” Frank said, “But he just–he can’t keep his mouth shut or his hands to himself.” Breitbart

What is really scary is that Joe Biden may actually take a shot at running for the Democratic presidential nomination.  Hopefully, sounder minds will talk him out of this insanity, even if it's just a flitting thought on his part.

Joe Biden and the Rape Kit Backlog

“There are certain problems that can’t wait, like violence against women,” Vice President Joe Biden said at the Maryland State Police Forensic Science Laboratory on Monday afternoon. 

Biden, accompanied by Senator Barbara Mikulski, toured the Pikesville facility before speaking to the press about their success in securing $41 million from the federal spending budget to help clear the country’s massive rape kit backlog. Biden deemed the effort “the single best expenditure we can initiate to prevent crime in addition to solving crime.” 
“The backlog” refers to the estimated 400,000 untested rape kits currently collecting dust on the shelves of police crime labs around the country — a figure that likely reflects far fewer than the actual number of untested kits, as law enforcement agencies are not required to report them. Thanks in large part to persistent survivors, storage facilities filled with rape kits have been discovered in a number of cities over the past few years...

Gridiron Club Dinner Turns into a Roast, After Nanny Jarrett Lets Toddler Obama Out

The Gridiron Club dinner, by tradition, is supposed to be a lighthearted dinner where the speakers get up forget about the stresses and animosity of their job and tell jokes, while trying to have a great night together.  Well, that was supposed to be the agenda and tradition of the night, until Valerie Jarrett let Toddler Obama out of his room.  Instead, he decided to use this occasion to use his forked tongue to showcase his mean-spirit and spitefully divisive attitude.

Joining Obama on what was supposed to be a joyous podium was Governor Scott Walker, Democrat Governor Terry McAuliffe and a few other Democrats.

Obama joked that his reputation for being a tech-savvy president had now been eclipsed by his one-time foe Clinton, who has come under fire for using a private email account for her work as the nation's top diplomat.

"If you think about how things have changed since 2008, back then I was the young tech-savvy candidate of the future. Now I'm yesterday's news and Hillary's got a server in her house!"

"I am so far behind," he said to laughter.

Walker also had some fun with Clinton's email controversy, tying her to wealthy Wall Street donors, and even Valerie Jarrett,

"I even have Hillary's private email," Walker said. "It goes right to her campaign headquarters.  You know, it's hillaryclinton@wallstreet.com," he said.

“Pretty soon, the only person reporting to Valerie Jarrett will be President Obama.”  Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker

The difference between Obama "joking," about Hillary's private felonious server and Walker "joking" about it, is that Walker is a Governor and Obama is a "President."  It's not Walker's responsibility to protect us from computer hackers, with Hillary's illegal server.  Oh, because no one would intentionally want to hack the State Department's server, let alone her basement server, right?  

Only people with something to hide would lie and do something this unethical.  Reminds me of her Watergate - lies and unethical behavior -  litigation days.  And please don't tell me Obama "learned about her server the same way we did, on Fox News" when it was Obama's Nanny and confidant, Valerie Jarrett who leaked Clinton's felonious server to the media.  #NoLoveLost

Obama, feeling loose with less than two years left in office, noted criticism that he had taken a "selfie" photo in a viral video promoting his health insurance program, but he turned the tables on Republican senators who sent a letter to Iran warning them against a nuclear deal Obama hopes to secure.

"You don’t diminish your office by taking a selfie. You do it by sending a poorly written letter to Iran," Obama said.

Oh, that's no joke on any level, but he's just pissed that the Republicans cleared the benchmark that the Democrats set. Oops Seven times Democrats advised America's enemies to oppose the President of that day.  If they can't take it, they shouldn't dish it out, "do unto others as you would have them to unto you."

Obama also ribbed Vice President Joe Biden for his touchy-feely habits. Biden drew criticism for massaging the shoulders of the wife of incoming Defense Secretary Ash Carter at his swearing-in ceremony.

"Joe rubs my shoulders, too," Obama said.

I'm sorry, this is just nasty.  You refuse to admit you knew you had a felonious and murderous Secretary of State, but you admit you have a lecherous old man that can rightfully be sued for Sexual Harassment?

Obama jabbed Walker for dodging a question during a recent trip to London on whether he believed in evolution.

"I absolutely believe in the theory of evolution - when it comes to gay marriage," Obama said to laughter.  Read more Reuters

   

Flip flops are for our feet, not our politicians ...

"A double minded man is unstable in all his ways."

Oh, Obama didn't "evolve" on Gay Marriage, he flip-flopped on it just as he did on our Second Amendment rights and has full support of his Democrats and the ATF. We need to learn from this mistake and not vote with our emotions next time.  Dig deeper into the candidate.  When he tells us he stands for something, ask him to show us where he actually stood and fought for it.

Between Valarie Jarrett, Obama and his Democrats, this Gridiron Dinner turned Roast is just further proof that the children are running the country and not the adults. People wanted to know what this world would look like, without America in it, well you got your wish.  Putin went "missing" for over a week and no one even batted an eye, Iran is closer than ever to nuclear armament, our enemies turn a blind eye to us, because they don't fear us, and our allies don't trust that we'll be there if they need us.
