A good review of Lois Lerner emails leaves no doubt that conservatives were targeted for audit review. Take the case of Bristol Palin who worked for a teen pregnancy charity as a spokesperson. Evidently, Lerner questioned her compensation of $332,500 and was concerned that the salary figure could violate IRS rules against charitable groups being for the private benefit of individuals.
