Ever
since new sanctions were heaped on North Korea
as punishment for nuclear missile tests, the news from its capital, Pyongyang, is that food will be in shortage. It's message to
citizens is to ration food and prepare for the worst, much like it did during
the first "arduous march" in the 1990s.
However, it appears at least one person hasn't been affected by the country's food shortage. That would be its leader, Kim Jong Un, who has reportedly ballooned to over 300 lbs.
