Toure', we hardly got to know you.

By Rob Janicki
Of course, what we did get to know about you was that you're just another black race baiting hate monger on the order of Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, Sr..  To Toure's credit, it took him a lot less time to rise to the surface of the scum filled political swamp at MSNBC.  Apparently MSNBC is beginning to drain their liberal swamp just a wee bit as they change programming direction somewhat.

On Thursday, the media news site Mediaite reported that MSNBC, under new leadership by NBC News Chairman Andy Lack, is canceling at least three of its shows. Among them, the talk show "The Cycle," where Toure Neblett, once a flame-throwing commentator, particularly on racial issues, resides as a co-host.

"The question is asked, what does he bring to the table?" one source inside MSNBC said to the Washington Examiner media desk.

The answer to that question is a resounding, "Nothing!"

Anyway, MSNBC ratings have been so low and so pathetic that those who run the political circus there, have had to look up to see the bottom of their self imposed liberal swamp life.  With some new leadership in place at MSNBC a new concept in media appears to have arisen.  Apparently MSNBC has decided that some of their programing should actually have news worthy content delivered by, wait a minute, journalists.  Of course this is all speculation at this time, but it is a tantalizing thought, should they actually lurch to the conclusion that people are more interested in news than left wing flame throwers pawning off liberal talking points from the DNC in attacking the political right.

On the lighter side, it seems that MSNBC, ugly step child to NBC News, is resuscitating the career of serial prevaricator, Brian Williams.  Williams should fit right in at MSNBC.  Frankly, Williams should forgo a return to journalism, since he prostituted himself and his craft so many times with fanciful flights of fiction in covering any number of news events.  Instead, Williams  should seriously consider becoming a stand up comedian, where telling soaring tales of fantasy has never been an obstacle to getting a good laugh.

What will become of Toure' has yet to be determined, but if history is any teacher, Toure' will remain at MSNBC in some lesser role such as a correspondent or gopher or some such capacity.  It has to do with some code of lying liars covering each other's back side when the "stuff" hits the fan.
