Obama's unbelievably poor leadership is now undeniable.

By Rob Janicki
It's been over a year since ISIS raised its ugly head of brutal savagery for all the world to see.  You would think that the Obama administration would have an assortment of plans on the shelf to contend with the ultra radical Islamists in Iraq and Syria.  Nothing could be farther from the truth.  Of course we should have had an inkling that Obama had no clue about ISIS, when he called them the JV team of Al Qaeda, early on as they raised their ugly head of butchery all in the name of Islam.

President Obama said Monday the United States does not have a complete plan to train and equip Iraqi forces to fight the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS), saying Baghdad needs to show a greater commitment to building a fighting force.

“We don’t yet have a complete strategy,” Obama told reporters during a news conference at the G-7 summit of leading industrial nations in Germany.

Obama’s comments are a surprising admission nine months into the U.S.-led coalition’s campaign against the terror group.

It is unbelievable that the Obama administration has no plan to contend with ISIS, which endangers the stability of the entire Middle East, including our allies and strategic interests.  Obama and his cohorts imply that ISIS is the problem of Iraq and until Iraq steps up, the U.S. will do little except exercising only a handful of pin prick air strikes every week.  This is a joke when hundreds of air strikes are needed every week just to hold ISIS at bay, let alone degrade them in preparation to destroy them with boots on the ground.  Boots on the ground are absolutely necessary, which ever country or countries provide those troops.  The U.S. could easily have limited numbers of Special Forces on the ground providing advanced forward air control functions to pinpoint

Obama has dragged his political feet hoping to run out the clock on a situation that he has no stomach whatsoever to address.  No one wants to merely send American troops to fight what is an Arab problem, but the problem with ISIS has greater implications outside of the Middle East.  Obama refuses to acknowledge that fact.  If Obama is refusing to enter the conflict in a meaningful manner because he thinks he will alienate Muslims, he needs to look at the polls coming out of the region.  Muslims cannot understand why Obama does nothing to combat the butchery of ISIS. They see Obama as weak and feckless, which pretty much is what most of the rest of the world already knows Obama to be.

Did Franklin Roosevelt take the time to work out details with our allies in the Pacific before he sought Congressional approval of a formal Declaration of War with Japan?  I don't think so.

Once again, Obama is blaming everyone else for his own failure to move forward with a serious plan to destroy ISIS one way or another.  Obama continues to hide behind the ineffectiveness of the Iraqi government and says he is still waiting for a plan from the Pentagon.  It's been over a year and Obama and his political lackeys are still captives of their anti war political ideology.  Meanwhile, hundreds of thousands of people have died brutally at the hands of fundamentalist ISIS Islamists right out of the 7th century.
