This is a very interesting, and well done, RCA Victor documentary of how shellac records were produced and manufactured in the early 1940s.

Narrated by Milton Cross, the film takes you through the entire process from pouring and pressing hot wax, capturing the sound, making master discs and the eventual pressing and labeling of commercial records.
